Looking to supercharge your fitness levels?
Our outdoor bootcamp classes are a challenging all body workouts. Bootcamp mixes cardio and resistance exercises to improve your balance, strength and flexibility. Our classes vary week to week to keep it fun and to keep our regulars on their toes. We will undertake typical bootcamp/ military exercises such as push ups, sprints, squats, burpees, tyre flipping, carrying and from week to week different functional equipment from the gym will be used such as battle ropes, ViPRS and kettlebells.
Come along and enjoy the outdoors and get fit fast! Our classes are suitable for levels of fitness as they are designed to give you a full body workout whilst having fun. If it happens to be raining during the class we will bring our class indoors, nothing will stop us helping you leave our classes fitter, stronger, leaner and more flexible than ever before!
All of our classes on the timetable are included in our membership subscription, however, all of our classes are open to non-members and hotel guests on a Pay as you go basis:
Classes that are 55/60 minutes: £7
Classes that are 45 minutes: £6
Classes that are 30 minutes: £5
